Jae Roe, CPM®, ACoM, is President and Founder of the consulting firm SOVA Real Estate Solutions LLC. She is a licensed real estate salesperson specializing in the commercial sector and has over two decades of expertise in real estate management. Her experience encompasses a diverse range of property types, including office, industrial, medical, historic, retail, mixed-use, and multi-family.
Jae is a dedicated diversity, equity, and inclusion (DE&I) advocate who has held multiple leadership roles within the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM®), including Regional Vice-President for Virginia, Maryland, and Washington D.C. She was also honored as a 2021 Woman of Influence by the GlobeSt Real Estate Forum.
Jae holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Regent University and is an Accredited Commercial Manager (ACoM) and Certified Property Manager (CPM®).

Shira Ali, CPM®, ARM, RAM, ELI-MP, brings a wealth of knowledge as a seasoned real estate management professional based in the Washington, DC area. With over two decades of experience, Shira has successfully managed a diverse portfolio of real estate assets, spanning multi-family, retail, class A office, GSA, and industrial properties.
In addition to her extensive real estate expertise, Shira is a professional coach with a special focus on leadership development. Her passion lies in supporting individuals, particularly women, who are ready to discover what’s next for them on their career path.
Shira holds a Virginia real estate salesperson license and several advanced real estate certifications, notably the Certified Property Manager (CPM®), Accredited Residential Manager (ARM®), and Registered Apartment Manager (RAM) credentials. Additionally, she is recognized as an Energy Leadership Master Practitioner (ELI-MP) and is an active member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF).
