In our digital age where smartphones are the predominant method for communicating, there seems to be an increase in one way communication and less emphasis on active listening. And yet, few skills are more critical for effective communication and strong leadership than the ability to listen.  Active listening enables employees, customers and other stakeholders to feel that their perspectives are heard, accepted and understood.

This workshop is essential for anyone interested in elevating their communication style and advancing relationships.

Learning outcomes include:

  • Identify the barriers to active listening
  • Explore techniques that enhance active listening
  • Understand the Power of Inquiry
  • Increase effectiveness in responding vs reacting
