Kristi Fickert a 25-year multifamily veteran and have held roles in leasing, training, recruitment, sales, and marketing.  Kristi has spent 15 years in a senior level marketing role with one of the nation's Top 50 management companies before working in the marketing agency and technology sectors of the industry.  She has a knack for making meaningful connections with her audiences and no matter their role, help them level up by making technology relatable and easy to understand. Kristi works with individuals and organizations to amplify their marketing and leasing strategies and deliver high-energy presentations that challenge the status quo and leave her audiences compelled to level up.

Kristi also instructs for apartment associations and real-estate organizations across the country and has presented in classrooms, on stages, virtually and even through annual consulting agreements for her clients.
