Jae Roe, CPM®, ACoM, is President and Founder of the consulting firm SOVA Real Estate Solutions LLC. She is a licensed real estate salesperson specializing in the commercial sector and has over two decades of expertise in real estate management. Her experience encompasses a diverse range of property types, including office, industrial, medical, historic, retail, mixed-use, and multi-family.

Jae is a dedicated diversity, equity, and inclusion (DE&I) advocate who has held multiple leadership roles within the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM®), including Regional Vice-President for Virginia, Maryland, and Washington D.C.
