Jeffrey Lapin, CPM®, ARM®, DREI is an expert in commercial and residential real estate management and operation including standards of practice, policies and procedures for maintenance, property management, risk management and financial operation with over 40 years of hands-on operations knowledge and experience. He is a content creator and frequent presenter of educational programs for IREM.

Billy K. Johnson is a seasoned law enforcement executive with over 38 years of experience spanning the U.S. Border Patrol, U.S. Marshals Service, and private security management consulting. He is a former full-time instructor with the Department of Homeland Security’s Federal Law Enforcement Training Center and has served as lead facilitator for international training initiatives under the U.S. Department of State’s Antiterrorism Assistance Program.
Billy also serves as an adjunct instructor for the Texas A&M Engineering Extension Service (TEEX) - LAW Division, as part of the National Domestic Preparedness Consortium.
A board-certified Physical Security Professional (PSP) through ASIS International, he is also a certified instructor and practitioner of Crime Prevention Through Environmental Design (CPTED). He currently serves on the board of the International Association of Professional Security Consultants.
