Angelina Scarcelli, CPM^®, CCIM - IREM^® Regional Vice President

Angelina Scarcelli, CPM®, CCIM, is the 2021-2022 regional vice president for IREM (Institute of Real Estate Management) for Region 8, encompassing chapters in Arizona, Colorado, Nevada, New Mexico, and Utah. She’s also a Managing Director overseeing the State of Nevada for Colliers International. She provides 20 years of experience in the Las Vegas commercial real estate market. Throughout her career, she’s been an expert in tenant relations/retention in regard to retail, office & industrial assets. Angelina also specializes in big box retail & office property management, lease negotiations, and construction management.

Her career began at Healthcare Realty Trust, a medical office Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT). Angelina then worked for various owner/developers such as The Ribeiro Corporation, Tower Realty and Plise Companies. Prior to becoming a Senior Portfolio Manager with Colliers International, then subsequently Director of Operations, Angelina was Director of Property Management for Sperry Van Ness. Over the course of her tenure with Sperry Van Ness she was responsible for overseeing day to day operations for property management aspects, in addition to focusing on owner relations and tenant retention along with new business development.
