Jae Roe, CPM®, ACoM, is the 2020-2021 regional vice president for IREM (the Institute of Real Estate Management) for Region 3 encompassing chapters in the District of Columbia, Maryland, and Virginia. Roe is a senior property manager for The RMR Group, where she leads the team of professionals who manage the commercial property portfolio for the Hampton Roads, VA market. She has over 18 years of experience in the real estate management industry in a variety of property types including office, industrial, flex, medical, historic, retail, mixed-use, and residential.
Roe has been a CPM since 2010 and actively involved with IREM since 2008. She has served in numerous roles within her local chapter including two terms as chapter president. At the national level, she has served on the IREM Foundation Board of Directors, Ethics Committee, and chaired both the Diversity Advisory Board and REME Advisory Board. She received her chapter’s “CPM of the Year” award in 2016, and “ACoM of the Year” award in 2009, 2011, and 2012.
In addition to her involvement with IREM, Roe is a member of the Downtown Norfolk Council Board of Directors and serves as a mentor to many in her local community and within the real estate industry nationwide.
Roe is a member of IREM Hampton Roads Virginia chapter.
