Benjamin Underwood, CPM^® - IREM Regional Vice President

Ben Underwood, CPM®, is the 2022-2023 regional vice president for IREM (Institute of Real Estate Management) for Region 3, encompassing chapters in the District of Columbia, Maryland, and Virginia. He is a regional director for Brookfield Properties where he oversees a portfolio of apartment and mixed-use communities throughout Washington, DC, Maryland, and Pennsylvania. 

Ben has been a CPM since 2010 and has been actively involved in IREM since 2008. He has previously served as president of the Northern Virginia Chapter, and at a national level has chaired the membership and credentialing committee and the REME advisory board and has served on various other committees and task forces. He is also a certified IREM instructor.
