Jason Falcetta, CPM®, ACoM, is the 2022-2023 regional vice president for IREM (Institute of Real Estate Management) for Region 1, encompassing chapters in Connecticut, Maine, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Rhode Island, and Vermont. He joined RM Bradley Commercial Brokerage & Property Management in July 2019, and is responsible for a portfolio of office and laboratory space for the State of Connecticut.
Before joining the RM Bradley team, Falcetta spent 10 years in residential property management, which included condo/HOA, market rate and subsidized housing. This experience was followed by 15 years management of State of Connecticut- owned transportation centers around the Northeast Regional Rail and Bus Service.
Falcetta has been affiliated with IREM since 2001, having served as the Connecticut chapter treasurer in 2010 and VP/treasurer in 2011, chapter president from 2012-2016, followed by chapter VP again in 2017-2021.
Falcetta was recognized as Connecticut's “CPM Candidate of the Year” in 2009, and “CPM of the Year” in 2013. In addition, he’s received the “ACoM of the Year” award in 2016 from the Boston Metropolitan Chapter 4.
On an international level, he’s served on the Education Committee and multiple years on both the Ethics Committee, and the Ethics Hearing and Discipline Board, having chaired both.
