Jonathan Tucker, CPM®, is the 2024-2025 regional vice president for IREM (Institute of Real Estate Management) Region 4, encompassing chapter in Florida and Georgia. He also serves as Executive Vice President of Operations and Facilities for Cortland, where he provides strategic direction, execution, and oversight for the firm’s community operations and facilities teams.
He has extensive experience in both the commercial and residential real estate sectors, and throughout his career he’s managed office, retail, condominium, tax credit, and conventional multifamily assets. Jonathan has also served as a consultant in the student housing arena. Jonathan has held senior roles at Greystar, Lincoln, Boylan and Novare prior to joining Cortland. Over the course of his career, he’s managed more than $3 billion of multifamily assets across the U.S., primarily in the South and Southeast regions.
Jonathan holds CAM, CAPS, and CPM® certifications, and is a licensed broker in North Carolina and Georgia. He’s long been active in IREM’s Atlanta chapter, and has held numerous chapter leadership positions, including on the IREM Foundation’s Development Committee. He was the recipient of the IREM Individual Excellence Award in 2021.
Jonathan earned his degree in business administration specializing in management from St. Leo University, and is a proud veteran of the United States Navy.
