Linda Caradine-Poinsett, PhD, MJ, MBA is the Chief Executive Officer and Executive Vice President of IREM. She leads a team of dynamic association professional dedicated to serving almost 20,000 individual IREM members and more than 550 member firms across the U.S. and around the world.
Linda has more than 20 years of leadership experience in association management and non-profit organizations. She is a results-oriented servant leader who takes an inclusive, team-based approach to achieving organizational objectives. Prior to joining IREM, Linda served as the CEO for the American College of Prosthodontists and American College of Prosthodontists Education Foundation. She’s also held leadership positions at the American Dental Hygienists’ Association, College of American Pathologists, Boys & Girls Clubs of America, American Bar Association, and Society of Cardiovascular Anesthesiologists.
Caradine-Poinsett holds a Ph.D. in Organizational Leadership, an M.J. with an emphasis in Health Law, an M.B.A. with an emphasis in Finance, and a B.S. in Healthcare Administration. Linda was recognized with a Women of Excellence Award from the Chicago Defender (2021); REACH Award from National Louis University (2018); and a Women in Business Entrepreneur Award (Chicago). She also volunteers as a Board Member with A Silver Lining Foundation and as an Advisory Board Member for Southside Help Center.
Outside of her work, Linda enjoys date nights, discovering new restaurants, and going to the movies with her husband, Pierre, in addition to reading, traveling, boxing, mentoring, and chatting with her girlfriends.
