Lucinda Lilley, CPM®, is the 2023 – 2024 Regional Vice President for IREM (Institute of Real Estate Management) Region 11, encompassing chapters in California and Hawaii. She’s also founder and CEO of Bridging Influence in Southern California. Bridging Influence provides Asset Management, Coaching, Teaching and Consulting in the Rental Housing Industry.
She serves at the local and international levels for IREM and served as president of the San Diego Chapter in 2019 and 2020. She facilitates the Ethics Class required of all IREM members, and is an IREM Instructor.
