Shaniece Sanford, CPM^® - Board of Directors

Shaniece Sanford, CPM®, serves on the IREM (Institute of Real Estate Management) Board of Directors. Sanford is a commercial property manager with Cushman & Wakefield overseeing a three-building office portfolio totaling half a million square feet of class A commercial real estate in the District of Columbia. Previously, Sanford worked for Quadrangle Management Company and Brandywine Realty Trust. She’s known for both her positive and proactive attitude, strong work ethic, and exceptional client service.

Sanford has been extremely involved in the IREM Northern Virginia chapter, where she serves as director at large and education committee member. She’s served on the industry partners committee, the membership committee, and was chair of the young professionals committee, where she increased IYP event attendance and worked with industry partnerships to develop sponsorships for all events. Shaniece was named to IREM’s 30 Under 30 list in 2017.

Sanford is a member of the IREM Northern Virginia chapter.
