Traci Twitchell, CPM®, is the 2019-2020 regional vice president for IREM (the Institute of Real Estate Management) for Region 12, encompassing chapters in Alaska, Idaho, Montana, Oregon, Washington, and Wyoming. Twitchell is associate vice president for Wyse Real Estate Advisors and has more than 19 years of property management experience.
In her career, Twitchell has managed more than 4 million square feet of office, retail, and industrial properties and has developed experience managing buildings slated for future development. Clients have included small local and regional ownerships as well as large institutions. She prides herself on developing strong relationships with all clients regardless of size, type, or location. Twitchell has managed many property transitions and excels at establishing operational procedures for all different product types.
Twitchell is a CPM (Certified Property Manager) and a Certified Green Broker. She currently holds an Oregon principal broker license and is a licensed real estate broker in Washington. She has been actively involved with the IREM Oregon-Columbia River chapter for over eleven years. Over that period, she has served in various executive council roles and was chapter president in 2016.
