By completing this course, your team will learn the skills to:
- Analyze the physical property as well as its management and market.
- Evaluate the financial performance of a property in its current condition (according to measures like internal rate of return, net present value, value enhancement, and cash on cash rate of return).
- Propose and project financial impact (according to those same measures) of improvements to management, marketing, the physical property, and its systems, and other aspects of operations.
- Create plans for value-enhancing capital improvement projects.
Using video instructions, readings, and learning activities, and even writing a management plan on an actual real estate asset your team will be equipped to write quality managements plans for owners and excel their careers.
