Real Estate Management Excellence Awards
The REME (Real Estate Management Excellence) Awards celebrate the work that real estate management professionals and firms do every day. These individuals and firms elevate our profession through leadership, education, and innovation—all while making a difference in the lives of their tenants and community. The REME Awards recognize these exceptional companies and individuals as the best of the best in our profession.
Submissions and nominations are open through June 4, 2024.
Finalists will be contacted in August. Winners will be announced at the 2024 IREM® Global Summit in Indianapolis, Indiana, on October 6-9.

IREM Foundation Awards
The IREM Foundation recognizes individuals who have elevated the stature of the profession through education, thought leadership, or outstanding contributions to the community. Only IREM members who hold the CPM or ARM designation can nominate someone for an IREM Foundation Award. Winners will join an exclusive group of professionals whose dedication and leadership inspire their colleagues and peers.
