2020 IREM 30 Under 30 Recipient

Samantha Ingram began her career in the industry in 2017 when she moved to Texas a year after graduating college in Alabama. She began as an administrative manager and was quickly promoted to assistant property manager which is the title she currently holds. She assists in managing a 400,000 square foot commercial office building in the central business district in downtown Austin, Texas. She earned her Bachelor of Business Administration from Huntingdon College in December of 2015 where she was a student and an athlete. Samantha has been an active member of the IREM Austin Chapter since 2019 and is the 2020 co-chair for the income & expense committee. Samantha continues to focus on building successful customer relationships and enjoys mentoring aspiring young professionals like herself.
