Brittany Espinoza began her journey in the multifamily property management Industry in 2011. Starting off as a leasing consultant, she quickly knew she found her passion in creating dynamic and engaging living spaces for residents. In 2020 she obtained her Arizona Real Estate License and then in 2021 she was promoted to Community Manager in Phoenix, AZ with IMT Residential.
In 2022 she became a member of Phoenix’s IREM Chapter and received her Accredited Residential Manager (ARM) certification and is currently pursuing her Certified Property Manager (CPM) certification. Brittany is known for her relentless pursuit of excellence, constantly seeking educational opportunities to enhance operation efficiency and improve tenant experiences. With a keen eye for market trends and emerging technologies, she has successfully implemented cutting-edge solutions, driving growth and fostering sustainable practices within the industry.
When Brittany entered her current leadership role, she knew she wanted to empower and coach her team for continued excellence. She currently leads a team of mentors to help coach and train new employees, seasoned employees, and assist with new acquisitions. Her excellence in leadership has provided a space for her team to grow and thrive in.
In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her two daughters and husband by gardening and playing outdoors at the local splash pads.
