    Catherine Holcombe is the Vice President at StoneRiver Property Management. She brings over 10 years of experience in Property Management. During her previous role as Regional Vice President with Arlington Properties she made significant contributions to Arlington Properties' growth, profitability, and culture. She proposed and implemented the addition of commercial/mixed-use property management to the Arlington Properties service platform. Her background includes an expertise in both residential lease-ups and stabilized properties, with a focus on mixed–use assets. Catherine oversaw the day-to-day operations of Arlington Properties portfolio of commercial and residential properties in downtown Birmingham, Ala. She created a structure to holistically combine each mixed-use property's residential and commercial elements with components leading to satisfaction of ownership, residents, and tenants. Catherine has a strong grasp on the importance of Downtown Birmingham's/Parkside Historic Redevelopment to Birmingham and the region. Since 2016 she has worked with developers and architects to bring buildings back to life that have for years sat dormant, instead of demolishing for new developments. While her vast knowledge of working closely with contractors on delivery schedules for both new construction and historical re-developments has been a key piece to her success, it is her proficiency, astute attention to detail and overall market knowledge that allows her teams to maximize performance. The enthusiasm and drive that Catherine provides is exemplary and motivates the onsite team to work collectively towards achieving company goals.

    Most recently, her experience includes the successful lease ups of The Pizitz Building and The Denham Building along with the oversight of 20 Midtown and Flats on 4th. The Pizitz, totaling 251,210 SF of residential and commercial space, was re-developed into a mixed-use destination. Catherine oversaw the operations of The Pizitz since its inception, which houses 143 apartments, 14 food stalls, a central bar, Warby Parker, Sidewalk Film Center, Forge co-working space, along with an attached seven-level public parking deck. Catherine also oversaw the lease up and operations of The Denham Building, which consists of 140,000 SF, 86,000 of which is dedicated to a mix of office and retail space on the first floor, a rooftop restaurant, and an adjacent brewery. She was also responsible for the oversight of Flats on 4th and the addition of 20 Midtown to the downtown portfolio took place in 2020, which will consist of 435 apartments and 95,000SF of commercial space upon completion of the next phase.

    Catherine has a passion for the catalytic developments that have transformed and will continue to transform Birmingham. She will be further pursuing this passion with StoneRiver Property Management both in Birmingham and throughout the Southeast, where she will oversee the day operations of the Property Management division with a focus on business development.
