Christine Kim is an Area Manager at Trinity Property Consultants based in the Greater Washington D.C. area. With 8 years of experience in the Multifamily industry, she started her career in student housing with EDR, while attending Virginia Tech. Throughout her college career, she earned 3 internships with various property management companies. With that experience under her belt, Christine graduated from the esteemed Property Management program at Virginia Tech with a minor in Real Estate. She joined Trinity under their Future Leadership Program in St. Louis, Missouri. Very quickly thereafter, Christine came to manage her first property and was awarded the “Rising Star” award in 2019. When the opportunity to move back to the DC area presented itself, she and her husband made the leap and she took on a 393-unit property in Alexandria, VA. It has been 5 years since she first joined Trinity and she has met amazing mentors and made lifelong friendships along the way. Her path has been a unique one and she looks forward to gaining more experience and blazing a trail in this industry.
