Lindsay Bonilla is the Property Manager at Burnham Pointe, a 298 unit mixed- use development professionally managed by Draper and Kramer. Though her experience in residential property management has spanned only four years, she has become a strong operations leader well versed in innovative management of dispositions, acquisitions, and renovation projects. Lindsay currently oversees the operations of leasing, maintenance, and concierge staff while managing capital projects for a recently acquired property. Her dynamic leadership and communication style is attributed to her study of Early Childhood Education and Communicative Disorders at Northern Illinois University. In her free time, Lindsay enjoys football, travel and writing poetry.
