Meet Income/Expense IQ -- a digital upgrade making the process of submitting your data easier than ever, and home to comprehensive benchmarking data accessible after the submissions period closes. As part of this transformation, IREM has partnered with Lobby CRE to provide a simplified experience and comprehensive benchmarking data. Easily and securely submit your reports through this digital platform to compare the performance of your properties, visualize opportunities inside your portfolio, and identify what needs your attention from one interactive dashboard.

Dashboards and data will include reporting on the following property types:

  • Conventional apartments
  • Office buildings
  • Industrial buildings

Top benefits of the digital platform

  1. Easier to submit data – no further need to create manual spreadsheets and email data. Auto schedule reports from your property management software (PMS) to automatically upload to the platform. The platform is compatible with PMS technology from IREM Industry Partners AppFolio, Yardi, and Rent Manager.
  2. All your data in one view – by uploading your data you’ll have access to some of the features in Lobby CRE and can leverage the platform to analyze your own data (while you wait for the benchmarking dashboards)
  3. More security – the Lobby CRE platform uses the top encryption methods so you know your data will be safe when you share it. And your data will always be anonymous when included in the final benchmarks.

How to submit your data

Step 1: Getting started takes just a few minutes. Once you register, follow the tutorials to enter your properties and get your data submitted. The Lobby CRE platform is secure and safe for you to use, featuring top encryption methods. Have data for more than 20 properties to submit? Learn about high-volume submissions. Note that you’ll need to create an account in the new system. Legacy data won’t be carried over.

Step 2: Submit your reports following the guidance within the platform. We’ll show you how to set up your account, add your property information, and submit your income/expense statements. All data you put into the Lobby CRE platform is yours and only yours. You still decide what information to submit.

Step 3: After submissions close on June 1, 2021, Lobby CRE’s team of data experts clean and prepare benchmarking data that will be available later this year. When the benchmarking data is available, you will receive an email from us.

Your data is always anonymous – data included in the benchmarking analysis later in the year will not indicate where it came from and Lobby CRE’s platform is fully encrypted so your data is safe. You’ll always have access to your own data.
