Course Description
A tenant selection plan helps to ensure that tenants are selected for occupancy in accordance with HUD requirements and established management policies.This course will equip you to cover all your bases and yet be efficient by not re-inventing the wheel. The final product, after receiving this review, will be useful for your potential applicants and current tenants yet still be compliant with HUD guidelines.
