Course Description
Risk management is the process of controlling or reducing risk to acceptable levels. While the risk of liability always exists, proper precautions can help reduce exposure. During this course, Pedro Vermales, CPM® Emeritus, will discuss how identifying, controlling, and reducing risk protects the owner’s asset, the property’s residents and guests, and the management company.
