Course Description
The term “sustainability” in the property management industry tends to invoke thoughts of minimizing environmental impact. While environmental impact is certainly one aspect of sustainability in the property management industry, social and economic impacts are also important to consider when reviewing potential sustainability initiatives. This course will explore sustainability holistically by explaining why various stakeholders are motivated to implement sustainable building practices and share strategies property management professionals can utilize to address financial, human, and environmental health.
