Globally, we’re in a generational energy transition away from fossil fuels. This trend will impact our homes, the cars we drive, and our commercial buildings. Buildings represent 42% of the US greenhouse gas emissions, and many have set their sights on reducing this from manufacturers of new technology, government regulators, utilities and building owners. This course focuses on understanding the trends and impacts of this energy transition and how it affects commercial real estate.
