• Outreach to Historically Black Colleges and Universities. Access our HBCU Outreach Toolkit.
• IREM Foundation Diversity Scholarship assists IREM members from marginalized groups with the cost of tuition associated with achieving an IREM certification.
• IREM Foundation is a founding partner of CORE – Career Opportunities in Real Estate
• The Diversity & Inclusion Succession Initiative (DISI) is a career development program that recognizes 10 members from marginalized groups looking to pursue their CPM certification. This initiative serves as a pipeline to obtain the CPM certification, careers, and provide access to resources to help build skills, network, and opportunities.

DEI Advisory Council

Established in 2008 as the Diversity Advisory Board, and then renamed DEI Advisory Council in 2022, the DEI Advisory Council is an IREM governance body that supports IREM’s DEI initiatives, including the execution of IREM’s DEI strategy, oversight of the DEI Ambassador program, development of DEI best practices for chapters, and supports other IREM governance bodies on their DEI impact.
