Colleen Costa, CPM® is the 2024-2025 regional vice president for IREM (Institute of Real Estate Management) Region 1, which encompasses chapters in Connecticut, Maine, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Rhode Island, and Vermont.
She’s Principal of CPC Management, LLC, founded in 2014. Colleen enjoys turning distressed properties around for her clients. She’s a graduate of the Real Estate Studies Program at Boston University.
Costa has been affiliated with IREM since 1994, having served on the Executive Board in all of the chairs of the Boston Chapter, and as Past President in 2008. On a national level, Costa has served as a Governing Councilor, on the Membership and Credentialing committee, the Ethics Appeals Board, and is a former Chair of the Ethics Inquiry Board. She also facilitates the required Ethics Class of all members in New England. She holds a Massachusetts real estate license.
In her home town of Plymouth, Costa is a member of the Plymouth Area Chamber of Commerce, The Sunrise Rotary, and serves as President of the Plymouth Garden Club.
