Maj-Lene Pedersen Keech, CPM® , ARM®, ACoM®, is the 2024-2025 regional vice president for IREM (Institute of Real Estate Management) Region 3, encompassing chapters in Maryland, Virginia, and the District of Columbia. She brings over 20 years of multi-family real estate experience to her position with Greystar.
Her professional responsibilities include direction and oversight of 27 residential properties, along with personnel matters and owner relations. Maj-Lene also assists in the underwriting process, taking an active role in the evaluation, due diligence and closing of investments.
Before joining Greystar, Maj-Lene spent 15 years with WashREIT and Bozzuto Management Company as Regional Portfolio Manager. She was also a Senior Vice President with Polinger Company.
Maj-Lene has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Sierra Nevada University, and a Master of Science degree in Real Estate with a concentration in real estate development from The Johns Hopkins University. She’s an active participant in the property management industry’s various trade organizations and is a past president of the IREM Northern Virginia chapter 77. Additionally, she serves on the CREW Northern Virginia’s Board as president-elect.
