Matt Pepper, CPM®, CCIM, is the 2024-2025 regional vice president for IREM (Institute of Real Estate Management) for Region 10, encompassing chapters in Iowa, Kansas, Nebraska, and Missouri. He’s a vice president at Curry Real Estate Services, AMO®, in Kansas City, Missouri where he leads the company’s commercial team, which is responsible for the leasing and management of both owned and third-party properties. Additionally, he’s involved in the company’s development, site selection, and advisory services.
Matt has been involved in the real estate management industry since he graduated from the University of Missouri in 2009. Starting as an intern, he’s progressively worked his way towards increased responsibilities and into leadership roles with both large and small companies, which has provided invaluable career experiences and opportunities. His involvement with IREM has been instrumental in that growth.
Matt has been a CPM since 2013. From 2015-2023, he served on the Kansas City Chapter Board of Directors, including 2022 president. At the national level, he served as a Governing Councilor, and was a member of the NextGen Task Force focused on developing strategies and ideas to engage students and young professionals, which led to the creation of the Next Gen Advisory Council.
