Pamela McKechnie, CPM®, is the 2022-2023 regional vice president for IREM (Institute of Real Estate Management) for Region 10, encompassing chapters in Iowa, Kansas, Missouri, Nebraska, North Dakota, and South Dakota.
Pam achieved her CPM designation in 2009, joined the IREM Kansas City Chapter Executive Board in 2012, received the Kansas City Chapter CPM of the Year award in 2015, and was the Kansas City Chapter President in 2019. She received her bachelor’s degree from Missouri Western with an emphasis on Business Management and holds a real estate license in both Missouri and Kansas.
Pam joined The R.H. Johnson Company in October of 2021, and manages properties in Missouri, Kansas, Iowa, Illinois, and Nebraska. She previously worked for MC Realty Group for over sixteen years managing properties in the Kansas City Metropolitan Area.
She has many years of combined experience in multi-family, charter schools and large portfolio commercial property management. She’s committed to demonstrating the highest level of integrity and service to her company, tenants and IREM family. She leads by example and models behaviors consistent with IREM core values.
Pam lives in Kansas City with her husband Eddie, and is devoted to her family, church, and community.
