Nomination and selection process
Anyone can nominate a candidate for consideration, including colleagues, peers, industry professionals, and the nominees themselves. This year GlobeSt offered 18 categories ranging from finance and marketing to property management and humanitarianism. Nominations require detailed information about the nominee's professional background, achievements, leadership roles, community involvement, notable projects, and other relevant contributions to the commercial real estate industry.
A selection committee appointed by GlobeSt's Real Estate Forum to review the nominations and select the honorees consists of industry experts, previous recipients of the Women of Influence recognition, and representatives from GlobeSt's Real Estate Forum. This year the committee selected 20 IREM members across 9 categories.

They also typically receive recognition from their employers and local business journals.
