Next Gen CPM® Leaders
Applications are accepted through March 31, 2023

IREM’s CPM is widely regarded as the gold standard in property management certification. Our Next Gen CPM Leaders program offers up-and-coming managers the opportunity to fast-track CPM education. Participants receive CPM training as well as supplemental leadership coaching at a savings of up to 50% on tuition and fees. The program will not only help build your career, but you’ll also gain a sense of community and camaraderie with colleagues from around the country. You don’t need to be an IREM member to apply. Diversity & Inclusion Succession Initiative
Applications are accepted until March 31, 2023

The Diversity & Inclusion Succession Initiative (DISI) is a career development program that recognizes 10 members from marginalized groups looking to pursue CPM certification. This initiative serves as a pipeline to complete CPM education, offering one year of professional mentorship, an IREM Foundation scholarship, registration fees and a stipend for the IREM Global Summit. The program is open to all IREM members and employees of AMO organizations. Learn about new benefits, eligibility, and who qualifies as a marginalized identity.  Read about past DISI leaders.


IREM Student Leaders
Applications are accepted until April 28, 2023

Our Student Leaders program recognizes 10 outstanding college/university students who’ve demonstrated academic achievement and are looking to pursue a career in real estate management. Student Leaders move through the program as a cohort through the end of 2023, attending webinars, mentorship, and recognition through IREM media channels and at the IREM Global Summit – travel stipend and lodging included! 30 under 30
Applications open: March 28 – June 17, 2023

Every year, we highlight 30 property management professionals who’ve already made a significant impact on the industry and in their communities. Their various contributions to the profession are demonstrated through career success, professional leadership, and community involvement. You must be an IREM member to apply.
